    Enjoy Your Meal With Mushroom Omelette Recipe

    Mushroom omelette is a healthy, delicious and quick recipe. It can be enjoy with bread, rice or pratha. You can also give it to your kids for the lunch. So check out the recipe and enjoy.

    :INGREDIENTS:

    2 eggs

    half cup sliced mushrooms

    2 to 3 garlic cloves

    1 to 2 green chilies

    1 small onion sliced

    1/4 cup sliced capsicum

    Pinch of turmeric powder

    Salt as per your taste

    Pinch of pepper powder

    2 tsp oil

    Few coriander leaves

    Dried herbs if required

    Assemble Ingredients

    Slice a medium onion and half cup mushroom. Chop 2 or 3 garlic cloves 1 to 2 green chilies and handful coriander leaves.

    You can also use other veggies like carrots, capsicum and keep it aside for few minutes.

    Beat The Eggs

    Break eggs to a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder and whick it properly.

    Saute Onions

    Heat a pan with a oil on a medium flame and saute cumin seeds, chilies, garlic, onions and mushrooms.

    Saute It

    Saute until the mushrooms are roasted well and cooked. Add coriander leaves and mix it properly.

    Pour The Egg

    Put the mushroom onion mixture in other side and add another tsp of oil to the pan. If pan is to hot then switch off the stove. After that pour the eggs.

    Add Mixture

    First allow to set omelette and then add onion-mushroom mixture over it.

    Cook It

    Flip it and cook until the eggs cook completely.

    Serve It

    Now your meal is ready so serve it and enjoy.
