How to Make Veggie Nacho GrandeLooking for quick and easy appetizers for party or game day, than try this super sized veggie nacho grande. These super nachos are layered with fresh veggies, corn, black beans and generously smothered with a layer of shredded cheese. A simple side dish that is so easy to put together and taste wonderful!! It’s the most forgiving and adaptive recipe! You can use all the veggies and, adjust toppings to suit your taste, as far as seasoning. Check out the recipe. INGREDIENTS: 1 bag of Tostitos 2 cups Low fat Shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 cup Black Beans 1 cup Corn Kernels 1/2 cup Chopped Onions 1/4 cup Black olives 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes 1 cup Chopped Bell pepper 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin seeds 1/2 cup Chopped Green Onions 1/4 cup Chopped cilantro leaves Salt to taste 2 tablespoon Sour Cream

Assemble IngredientsAssemble all the ingredients and preheat the oven at 400 degree Fahrenheit.

Arrange NachosIn a pan or oven safe dish arrange some nachos.

Sprinkle CheeseSprinkle 2 cups Low fat Shredded Mozzarella cheese.

Add Black BeansNow add 1 cup Black Beans.

Add Bell PeppersAdd 1 cup Chopped Bell pepper

Add OnionsAdd 1/2 cup Chopped Onions in it.

Add CheeseLayer it with some more cheese.

Add Another Nachos LayerRepeat the process with a second layer of nachos

Add BeansAdd some black beans and bell peppers.

Add OnionsAdd some more onions in it.

Cover With CheeseCover it with the cheese

Bake ItBake it for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese will melted. Remove from oven, mind it plate will be hot.

Serve ItNow garnish it with green onions, olives and cilantro leaves and serve it
